We have heard several horror stories from people that have manufactured hardware products, especially the people that manufactured in Asia. We hear things like, "the language barrier makes it really difficult to explain what you mean, response times can be long since they are on the other side of the world, when you send them CAD files they will build exactly what you send them and not take the time to learn how the product works in order to make suggestions." This has not been the case with Mike and his team in China. Mike and his team are yet to take more than a day to respond, seem to understand everything we have explained to them without any issues, and have given us some great advice regarding our designs. Nowadays It has become exponentially easier to prototype products, but going from prototype to manufacturing is not any easier. Mike has been helping make that jump from prototype to final product easier. We just started working with Mike, but so far the responsiveness from him and his team, their feedback regarding designs, and his courtesy has been great!
